Beginning sometime around late summer 2008 (and continuing now into 2012) I became interested in painting the everyday people around New York, particularly down in the subway. I have a few more to go but the intent was to capture a basic calendar year. Not all of these are from down in the subway, but this pretty much represents a small sampling of the past year. (I am not saying any of these are masterpieces, but I've done well over 75 of these.)
